Job Description

- Leading departments to set the stage for a successful event, from updates on A/V to marketing
- Handling large event budgets and distributing resources effectively
- Participating in production meetings
- Partnering with other Event Managers on their projects
- Embracing unexpected changes and adapting plans or actions as needed
- Maintaining a strong awareness of overall events at Ramsey and stepping in where needed
- 4+ years of event planning or project management
- Experience working with large budgets
- High attention to detail and willingness to get into the weeds when needed
- Ability to travel 20-40 days of the year
