      WHAT YOU WILL DO

      TEAM Enterprises is hiring for a full time Events Manager to handle events. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful brand and assist in growing its reputation in the United States.       People Development Responsibilities

      • Recruit, hire, and train quality promotional staff who are knowledgeable about the client’s products, promotions and industry specifics

      • Conduct regular training of promotional staff to ensure their knowledge on brand standards and execution guidelines

      • Provide clear direction, expectations and constructive feedback to promotional staff to improve execution standards and results on all promotions

      • Communicate all event standards to ensure successful execution

      • Manage and monitor the Promotional Model’s budget spend daily

      • Closely monitor and track all promotions and special events

      • Motivate promotional staff to display great attitudes and leave a positive brand impression on the consumer

      • Provide strong leadership skills to develop personnel

      Client Relationship Responsibilities

      • Become the single point of contact for the client and distributor field personnel

      • Ensure that TEAM’s objectives clearly align with client objectives

      • Maintain regular contact and communication between client personnel and TEAM Enterprises

      • Meet with client to gather information to maintain product and industry knowledge

      • Always sell TEAM’s value to the client and uncover additional opportunities for TEAM to serve the client

      • Ensure clear and open lines of communication

      • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with key personnel from TEAM, the client, and the distributors

      Field Execution Responsibilities

      • Spot check all promotional staff at promotions to ensure TEAM quality standards are inline

      • Recruit prospective promotional staff at all attended promotions

      Administrative Responsibilities

      • Maintain and execute scheduling needs

      • Effectively and responsibly manage and communicate to TEAM all assigned company and client equipment and assets

      • Maintain promotional staff files with properly signed paperwork to include; W-9, Application, Subcontractor Agreement, Cancellation/Late Policy, copy of valid Driver’s License and copies of all applicable licenses and applications

      • Complete all paperwork in a timely manner

      • Manage all informational requests of field personnel and recap key takeaways for TEAM management

      • Maintain accurate log of all applicable licenses

      • Maintain accurate inventory of uniforms

      • Own the integrity of all reporting of information

      • Understand and ensure compliance of all state rules/regulations


      WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

      • 1-3 years beverage experience preferred

      • Bachelors Degree

      • Candidates must be familiar with on/off-premise marketing initiatives

      • Prior promotion agency experience preferred

      • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills

      • Skilled at multitasking with an ability to meet deadlines

      • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
