      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell and service events for in-house groups and outside clients, focusing on Banquet Food and Beverage
      - Plan menus, set agendas, and coordinate hotel meeting services
      - Review contracts and facilitate communication with hotel staff to ensure high service levels
      - Contribute to site inspections and maintain strong customer relationships
      - Collaborate with sales and catering staff to enhance event experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
      - Minimum 1 year of food and beverage experience
      - Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contract interpretation
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems, such as Delphi or brand CRMs like Marriott CI/TY or Starwood ISAC
      - Creativity in designing events and menus in collaboration with culinary teams
      - Proactive sales approach with a fast-paced, driven attitude
