      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive revenue by securing business through a consultative sales approach and timely proposal presentations
      - Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel to enhance the event experience
      - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful event execution
      - Maintain an accurate customer relationship management (CRM) system to track all opportunities
      - Support sales forecasting efforts and stay updated on new products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA or 1+ years of equivalent experience required
      - 1 year of technology sales or hospitality experience preferred
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Technical aptitude and computer proficiency required
      - Prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the hospitality industry and sales processes preferred
      - Demonstrated self-awareness and accountability in previous roles
      - Experience attending customer meetings and understanding their needs
      - Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies in the event industry
      - Ability to manage complexity and make informed decisions
