What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct product demonstrations focused on driving sales and enhancing brand awareness
- Answer customer questions and effectively overcome objections during events
- Consistently achieve sales targets that meet or exceed monthly and annual objectives
- Manage product inventories before, during, and after events
- Maintain regular communication with retailers and the internal management team, providing constructive insights and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Confident and dynamic public speaking skills in front of live audiences
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for booth setup, breakdown, and restocking
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and potentially travel overnight as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consumer goods and services sales
- Previous roadshow experience to present products
- Direct or pitch-style sales experience
- Culinary experience with a passion for food
- Theater or acting experience to effectively convey information in an engaging manner
