      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the execution of all ECVC & IP events, ensuring alignment with firm objectives
      - Develop and implement event strategies to achieve operational and financial goals
      - Mentor and guide event team members, providing feedback and support
      - Establish timelines and project plans for each event, ensuring all documentation is accurate
      - Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback for future improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - 4-6 years of events coordination experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
      - Strong organizational and project management skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      - Experience with event management software and registration platforms
      - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
