What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and facilitate Hunger Project event setup and breakdown
- Connect with clients and volunteers to ensure excellent customer service during events
- Educate volunteers about the employer and its initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines
- Adapt work hours based on project availability and personal schedule
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to work successfully with large groups
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and remain active on your feet for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in event coordination or volunteer management
- Familiarity with food safety practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
