Oversees participation in events, sponsorship, retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities. Expense and P&L management of Events & Showroom; controls spend within budget. Collaborates with internal partners such as Sales, Inside Sales, Talent Acquisition, HR & Finance. Communicates results and strategy with management. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities 3-5 years experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams.
