What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of tradeshows, conferences, and regional events, including venue selection and vendor management
- Support development of event timelines and budgets to ensure successful execution
- Serve as on-site point of contact during events, managing setup, registration, and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with marketing to align branding and promotional materials with sales objectives
- Maintain event documentation and coordinate post-event evaluations to assess success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in event coordination, specifically in corporate settings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in event management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience working in global organizations or supporting marketing and sales enablement initiatives
