Job Description
- Req#: 130330
- Oversee and be responsible for one or more EVS work crews under the guidance of the Assistant Shift Manager
- Assist in training, scheduling, and updating zone assignments for team members
- Maintain key control and attend leader shift and department meetings
- Inspect and submit inspections for property lobbies, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, food/beverage outlets, and all back of house areas
- Communicate and delegate tasks and problem solve effectively with all guests, team members, and managers
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of cleaning experience required, preferably in a hotel or casino
- Strong verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off, as necessary
- Must display strong guest service skills and commitment
- Must be able and willing to work in a smoke-filled environment
