      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the exam and item development lifecycle, including recruitment, training, and quality assurance
      - Serve as the primary exam development lead for assigned certifications, ensuring compliance with exam standards
      - Plan and facilitate meetings for Certification Working Groups, including logistics and documentation
      - Collaborate with various teams to maintain and update certification programs and item banks
      - Monitor exam performance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited university
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role or capacity
      - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficient in project management, planning, and follow-through

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of relevant experience in a similar role or capacity
      - Experience with certification exam item development and editing
      - Knowledge of exam-level and item-level statistics
      - Experience in volunteer engagement and facilitation within a professional association or nonprofit environment
      - Demonstrated business acumen and cross-cultural collaboration skills
