      The role you’ll contribute:

      Under the direct supervision of the department manager or assistant director, this position provides administrative support and general secretarial services. Responsibilities may include document preparation and distribution, arranging meetings, scheduling, generating reports, greeting visitors, and maintaining files. This position requires the use of some independent judgement and appropriate handling of confidential information. Role may handle multiple projects.

      The value you’ll bring to the team:

      • Answers, evaluates, and appropriately responds to phone calls, correspondence, electronic mail, visits, and other inquiries
      • Provides clerical/administrative support, relaying messages, arranging appointments and filing
      • Creates documents, files, prepares correspondence, and produces copies
      • Prepares, edits and distributes reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, and other documents
      • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to complete tasks and objectives

      The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

      High School Diploma or equivalent

      At least 2 years of admin assistant experience for Director or above level executive
