      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide calendar management support for executive committee members
      - Coordinate and book travel arrangements for executive committee members, including flights, hotels, and meals
      - Maintain organization in scheduling meetings and ensuring timely completion of calendar activities
      - Assist with converting the office into a paperless work environment
      - Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, and vendors as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
      - Experience with Microsoft Teams or other virtual meeting applications
      - Strong planning and organizational skills with keen attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with file-storage and file-sharing tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and Citrix ShareFile
      - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
