      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives to ensure efficient scheduling and prioritization
      - Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries
      - Act as a primary point of contact for the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer with internal staff and external senior executives
      - Provide strategic administrative support by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements
      - Lead coordination of internal events, including off-sites, board meetings, and team-building activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Exceptional organizational and time management skills
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - High proficiency with office productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom)
      - Experience supporting an executive team
