      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide executive support to the Global Head of Government Affairs, managing complex scheduling and travel arrangements
      - Maintain effective communication by monitoring and managing email, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Executive
      - Prepare confidential reports and documents, summarizing data for senior management
      - Organize and support international events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are met
      - Collaborate with other Executive Administrative support staff to coordinate schedules and meetings effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in an executive support role
      - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software such as Concur and order management systems
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to work flexible hours as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of vocational/technical training
      - Specialized skill training or certification in administrative support or related fields
