      DEPARTMENT: Prosecuting Attorney

      HIRING RANGE: $2,389.60-$2,655.20/bi-weekly based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

      JOB SUMMARY:
      Manages the day-to-day administrative operations of Prosecutor’s Office and provides administrative support to Elected Prosecutor. Serves as member of management team, prioritizing day-to-day duties and projects. Assists the Prosecutor, Chief Investigator, and Business Manager as needed, including providing problem solving and crisis management. Performs various administrative support functions, including: screening telephone calls; responding to emails; scanning, faxing, and copying documents; organizing and maintaining files and records; planning and scheduling meetings, appointments, and speaking events; making travel arrangements and travel portfolios; and displaying quality customer service.
