      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide confidential executive administrative support to the Office of Equity & Environmental Justice Program Manager and Governmental Relations Director
      - Manage high volumes of communication and scheduling, often time-sensitive and requiring discretion
      - Serve as the HR liaison for coordinating personnel actions and onboarding processes
      - Prepare and track correspondence, contracts, and HR documents while exercising delegated signature authority
      - Support administrative systems and records management to ensure compliance with agency standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Six years of experience providing administrative, clerical, or secretarial support in an office environment, including direct support to senior leaders or executives
      - Knowledge of government organization, operations, and administrative processes
      - Experience managing executive inboxes, calendars, and handling confidential information
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Education in business administration, public administration, management, communications, or related fields may substitute for some experience

      - Experience working within a government or public-sector agency
