      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and priorities to ensure effective time investment
      - Draft, edit, and manage correspondence to maintain the CEO's voice and values
      - Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and follow-ups to support leadership decision-making
      - Act as a liaison with the Board, investors, and internal teams to build strong relationships
      - Lead the planning and execution of customer-facing and internal events, ensuring alignment with company values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-level
      - Proven experience in planning and executing events of varying scale and complexity
      - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
      - Strong communication skills, able to convey warmth, clarity, and professionalism
      - Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Creative and resourceful, with a strong eye for design
      - Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and event management tools
      - Experience in optimizing office operations and managing logistics
