      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the CEO's complex calendar and coordinate travel logistics across multiple time zones
      - Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses and clear communication
      - Oversee daily operations of the Austin office, including facilities and vendor relationships
      - Lead planning and execution of company events and team-building activities
      - Support the CEO's personal logistics and assist with personal administration tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-Level executive
      - Proven ability to manage complex schedules, travel, and confidential information
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in fast-paced environments
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate needs
      - Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and other productivity software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expertise in project and change management frameworks (PMP or CM certifications preferred)
      - Experience in consulting prior to entering the tech industry is a plus
