      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and managerial support for the CEO, COO, and CRO, managing their calendars and schedules
      - Handle sensitive information and compose confidential correspondence with discretion
      - Coordinate logistics for in-office executive meetings, including booking rooms and catering
      - Attend key meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes while following up on action items
      - Assist with travel and expense report reconciliation for the executive team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role supporting multiple C-level executives
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
      - High level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
