What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Underwriting Officer
- Assist with project management efforts and act as a point of contact for vendors
- Create presentations and compile reports as needed
- Schedule and organize various meetings, prepare materials and agendas, and facilitate presentations
- Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for assigned staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required
- 5+ years of relevant industry or executive administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience working in a remote environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient with Concur expense reporting system
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices
