      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the Executive Director's liaison, handling inquiries from agency partners, staff, and community members
      - Coordinate office operations, including managing supplies and procurement processes
      - Organize and facilitate in-person and virtual meetings, workshops, and conferences
      - Develop and edit various communication materials, including newsletters and reports
      - Maintain program records and manage public records requests in compliance with state regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including two (2) years supporting a director or executive-level administrator
      - Demonstrated commitment to equity, transparency, and inclusion in administrative practices
      - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
      - Excellent communication skills, capable of creating accessible materials
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with fiscal processes, such as reimbursements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/public administration or a related field
      - Experience in a nonprofit, tribal, or equity-centered environment
      - Knowledge of Washington State government contracting and meeting regulations
      - Familiarity with state rulemaking and public disclosure processes
      - Understanding of the Open Public Meeting Act and related laws
