      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex calendars for the CEO and COO, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts

      - Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reports
      - Oversee email and LinkedIn communications, drafting responses and tracking follow-ups

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone
      - Highly organized and dependable, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and similar tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a tech company or high-growth startup
      - Familiarity with event planning logistics for company offsites or leadership retreats
      - Ability to draft high-quality written communications on behalf of executives
      - Prior experience in a hybrid or partially remote team structure
