What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level operational and administrative support to the COO, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings
- Assist in decision-making by gathering information, analyzing data, and preparing executive summaries
- Act as a liaison between the COO and various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Support brand audits and procurement initiatives by gathering data and coordinating cross-departmental efforts
- Lead and manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED; Hospitality or Business degree preferred
- 1-3+ years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multifaceted projects strategically
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using technology platforms for operations

- Familiarity with HRIS, CRM systems, and project management tools
