- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and special projects
- Coordinate Board and leadership meetings and record meeting minutes
- Create engaging social media content and assist with branding initiatives
- Maintain website updates and internal/external communications
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and community outreach
- Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Support organizational growth through creative communication strategies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms, and virtual meeting tools
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in executive support, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred
- Healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or community-based experience is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field preferred

Location: Remote Position, with up to 30% statewide travel.

Pay
Starting at $28.00 per hour
