      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for senior research leaders
      - Perform general office management functions, including ordering supplies and completing requisitions
      - Monitor financial records and expenditures, collaborating with the Chief of Staff for budget planning
      - Assist with event planning and coordination for division-related activities
      - Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations within the Division of Research and Innovation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of administrative or related experience, or High School diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of administrative or related experience
      - Experience in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint
      - Familiarity with Workday software
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage time effectively

      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting or with research administration
      - Advanced knowledge of financial planning and budget management
      - Experience with event planning and coordination
      - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work diplomatically with diverse teams and stakeholders
