What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments for the Associate Vice Chancellor for Research and the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Research Compliance
- Coordinate meetings, special events, and travel arrangements for division leadership
- Perform general office management tasks, including ordering supplies and renewing memberships
- Monitor financial records and expenditures, collaborating with the Divisional Chief of Staff for budget planning
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of administrative or related experience, or High School diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of administrative or related experience
- Experience in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint
- Experience using Workday
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
