      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for the Associate Vice Chancellor for Research and the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Research Compliance
      - Perform general office management functions, including ordering supplies, requesting services, and renewing memberships
      - Monitor financial records and expenditures, collaborating with the Divisional Chief of Staff to determine budgets
      - Assist with travel arrangements for staff within the Division of Research and Innovation
      - Perform other duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of administrative or related experience, or a High School diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of administrative or related experience
      - Experience in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint
      - Experience with Workday
      - Strong organizational and time management skills

      - Previous experience in a healthcare or academic environment
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Ability to work diplomatically with diverse teams
      - Experience with event planning and coordination
