What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the calendar of the Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO), coordinating meetings, calls, and events
- Prepare meeting materials and agendas, ensuring the CDIO is well-equipped for strategic discussions
- Maintain a project tracking system to prioritize initiatives and meet deadlines
- Act as a communication liaison between the CDIO and internal stakeholders, facilitating information flow
- Support planning and execution of offsite meetings and conferences, handling logistics and coordination
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- At least 7 years of experience supporting executive-level management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint management
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in hybrid event management and coordination
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly for data entry and report creation
- Proven attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines
- Experience in managing multiple customer service demands effectively
- Familiarity with general administrative duties, including financial recordkeeping
