      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage calendared team member anniversaries, including gifts and cards
      - Coordinate travel arrangements and event support
      - Assist in tracking key operational metrics and compiling data
      - Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of team and company information
      - Act as the first point of contact for elevated resident issues on behalf of the VP of Operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years in an assistant property manager role preferred
      - Experience with Entrata preferred
      - High proficiency with Microsoft suite tools
      - Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to research, compile, and summarize complex data
