      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage executive schedules and coordinate appointments to maximize productivity
      - Prepare and organize meeting agendas, including taking minutes and distributing follow-up action items
      - Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of executives, ensuring clarity and professionalism
      - Conduct research and compile reports to assist executives in informed decision-making
      - Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations, for executives and staff as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the security industry
      - Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
      - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
