What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Superintendent, including clerical functions such as proofreading, preparing correspondence, and scheduling meetings
- Manage expense reports and ensure organized data filing for business operations
- Prepare for team meetings by coordinating calendars, agendas, and logistics
- Draft, review, and maintain various corporate documents
- Manage special projects as directed by the Leadership Team/Superintendent
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting a corporate office
- Associate's degree (preferred)
- Mastery of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Google Apps
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
