What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel, ensuring efficient use of time
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and executive communications
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Track action items and drive on-time completion against deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of proven experience supporting senior-level executives
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities; executive-caliber drafting and editing
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential topics
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and expense management systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the technology/IT services industry, particularly with cloud/infrastructure
- Experience coordinating global travel and complex multi-time-zone logistics
- Event logistics experience for leadership offsites and customer meetings
- Familiarity with supporting social media presence for executives
- College diploma/degree or equivalent professional experience
