      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage Medical Affairs Leaders' calendars and meeting scheduling
      - Coordinate large meeting arrangements and technology requirements
      - Serve as the team's point of contact for technology requests and new-hire on-boarding
      - Handle incoming calls and facilitate requests for information
      - Perform varied administrative duties independently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives in a highly matrixed organization
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
      - Experience coordinating large meetings for senior leadership
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail and confidentiality commitment
