What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing priorities, schedules, and information flow
- Coordinate complex scheduling across time zones, balancing internal and external commitments
- Drive operational follow-through by tracking decisions, actions, and key initiatives
- Plan and coordinate domestic travel with precision and discretion
- Draft, edit, and manage communications and presentations that reflect the CEO’s voice and values
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4–6+ years of experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a high-growth environment
- Extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong executive presence and polished communication skills
- Proficiency with modern tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and travel systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working at an early-stage or scaling startup
- Background supporting founders or executive teams in technical or product-driven organizations
- Experience coordinating across distributed teams and global time zones
- High personal standard of excellence and attention to detail
- Comfort working primarily in Central Time or aligning closely with Central Time hours
