What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
- Organize departmental meetings, including sourcing locations and preparing materials
- Arrange domestic travel and manage expense reporting in compliance with company policies
- Provide administrative support for projects and assist in preparing presentations and reports
- Ensure timely submissions for vendor onboarding and processing purchase orders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of proven experience as an administrator
- BS/BA degree in Marketing or relevant job experience
- Deep proficiency in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight and travel up to 15%
