What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a strategic partner to the Chief Sales and Carrier Officer (CSCO), managing their time effectively and ensuring productive meetings
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for executive meetings, ensuring all objectives are met
- Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and handle extensive rescheduling as needed
- Plan and oversee travel arrangements, adjusting plans proactively in real-time
- Coordinate employee events, ensuring objectives are clear and budgets are managed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience providing administrative support to executives
- At least 4 years of experience coordinating travel logistics for executives
- 4+ years of calendar and expense report management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Must maintain discretion and confidentiality in all professional interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA or BS Degree
- Experience with software applications such as Egencia, Jira, Workday, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and Photoshop/Illustrator
- Experience supporting a global leader in Sales
- Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
