      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel for supported executives
      - Compile reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and other internal tools
      - Anticipate the needs of executives and contribute to strategic meeting agendas
      - Prepare expense reports and manage corporate correspondence
      - Maintain confidentiality and act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced professional environment
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while functioning professionally under pressure
      - Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and primarily located in the contiguous U.S.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in tech, private equity, investment banking, or professional services
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Flexibility to work occasional after-hours as needed
