What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communications and meetings for senior executives
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate and execute special projects, events, and initiatives on behalf of the executive team
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate communication and workflow
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Gmail, GCalendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
