      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a wide range of administrative duties including calendar management, correspondence, travel, and expense reporting
      - Prioritize and manage the General Manager's time effectively, ensuring preparedness for meetings
      - Anticipate obstacles and drive proactive solutions to support the General Manager and their team
      - Coordinate travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels, and local transportation
      - Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in Executive Assistant roles supporting SVP and C-level executives
      - Fluency in the English language
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
      - Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
      - Proficiency in Google applications
