      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a point of contact between the CFO and CRO, and internal/external clients
      - Efficiently handle requests, phone calls, messages, and correspondence
      - Prepare and track annual budget, expense reports, and receipts
      - Manage travel arrangements and coordinate calendars with division administrative assistants
      - Produce reports and assist in the development of presentations and official correspondence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School degree or equivalent education required
      - 5-8 years of experience supporting a Vice President or Executive Officer
      - Knowledge of Parliamentary Procedures (Robert's Rules of Order)
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
