      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide executive-level administrative support to the President/CEO and Board Members
      - Schedule, arrange, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and resource information
      - Maintain and update files, manuals, and records for executive leadership
      - Coordinate travel arrangements for conferences, meetings, and presentations
      - Process executive leadership PTO requests and assist with HR-related tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of executive-level administrative assistant experience
      - Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field preferred
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential matters independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SharePoint team site management
      - Familiarity with expense management and financial coordination
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related administrative role
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Knowledge of HIPAA and Privacy regulations
