What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, managing an active calendar and prioritizing meeting requests
- Serve as a Salesforce power user, assisting with fundraising and relationship management
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to the CEO
- Coordinate logistics for Board of Directors meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a nonprofit or sustainability-focused organization, in an administrative role, and/or supporting a CEO or Executive
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Docs
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform, including advanced functions
- Ability to work across virtual teams and familiarity with green building, CSR, and DEI issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience coordinating complicated calendars, with expert Google Calendar skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
- Familiarity with Living Future's vision, mission, and programs
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and creating an inclusive work environment
- Living Future Accreditation or willingness to obtain it within one year
