- Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Assist with content scheduling and publishing across social media platforms and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and asset libraries
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, gathering analytics, and organizing campaign performance data
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (designers, copywriters, agencies) to move projects forward
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed
- Manage basic updates to the website (e.g., uploading blogs, updating links and banners)
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications
- Help prepare slide decks, briefing documents, and meeting notes
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries
- Track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and manage priorities on behalf of the executive
- Assist with personal administrative tasks as needed
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and other team members
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing support, executive assistant, or project coordination role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable working across time zones and juggling multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Experience supporting a marketing team or marketing executive
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Knowledge of social media management platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
- Experience in CRM or email marketing automation platforms
- Interest in content marketing or brand storytelling
