      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external clients
      - Serve as the Executive's representative at meetings and express viewpoints
      - Coordinate and execute staff meetings, events, and conference calls
      - Assist with calendar support and travel arrangements for leadership
      - Work with a multidisciplinary team to support project development and implementation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - 5+ years in an administrative role supporting executives
      - 3-5 years of experience in coordinating projects or equivalent
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environment
      - Strong communication, project coordination, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare, with physicians, or in a service industry
      - Knowledge of program development and project management concepts
