      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct support to the Chief Commercial Officer and manage office operations
      - Build relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth
      - Manage calendars and prioritize meetings, projects, and travel arrangements
      - Take meeting minutes and assist in creating executive-level communications and presentations
      - Oversee the Mill Valley office, welcoming visitors and coordinating office activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and office support
      - Experience supporting C-Level executives, including managing expenses
      - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in SaaS positions, demonstrating an understanding of the software business
      - Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for serving others
      - Strong computer skills, particularly with Apple hardware and Google Suite
