What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional support for the executive as the central point of contact and gatekeeper
- Manage daily calendars, adjusting or prioritizing schedules based on last-minute changes
- Arrange meetings and team events, including sending invitations and reserving necessary services
- Organize travel arrangements and create expense reports using employer systems
- Mentor other administrative professionals while maintaining high customer service standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of administrative experience
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in calendar management supporting executives
- Experience in meeting and event planning
- Proficiency in setting up video conferencing technology
