      We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Owner of Anau. This is not a traditional administrative role-this position functions as a strategic partner and "right hand," ensuring priorities are managed, details are handled, and nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate is sharp, resourceful, and thrives on creating structure in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of ownership, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Key Responsibilities Calendar & Scheduling Management Manage and optimize the Owner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and priorities Ensure time is allocated effectively and aligned with business priorities Coordinate and confirm all meetings, including logistics and preparation Email & Communication Management Organize and manage the Owner's inbox, including prioritizing, flagging, and drafting responses Ensure timely communication and follow-up on key items Travel Coordination Arrange and manage all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries Ensure seamless travel experiences with clear, organized plans Meeting Preparation & Follow-Through Gather documents, materials, and information needed for meetings Ensure the Owner is fully prepared in advance Track action items and follow-ups after meetings Task & Priority Management Maintain and manage an active to-do list for the Owner Track requests, deadlines, and priorities to keep work moving forward Provide reminders and accountability to ensure completion Operational Support Assist with projects, coordination, and general operational needs Act as a liaison between the Owner and internal/external contacts when needed Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar high-level support role Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to anticipate needs and operate independently with minimal direction High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment Tech-savvy with experience using email, calendar, and productivity tools Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
