      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the CEO's busy calendar and scheduling requests, ensuring clear communication of changes
      - Monitor the CEO's task list and ongoing projects, prioritizing deadlines effectively
      - Handle the CEO's email inbox with discretion, drafting professional responses and ensuring timely follow-ups
      - Act as the primary point of contact for communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages
      - Provide meeting support by attending operational meetings, capturing detailed notes, and managing key deliverables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting high-level executives
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Trustworthiness and discretion when handling highly confidential information
      - Strong organizational skills with superb time management and task prioritization abilities
      - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
