- Associate Degree or equivalent experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Skilled in MS Office software, professional written and verbal communication, and decision-making
- Preferred experience as an Executive Assistant or in a role requiring discretion, organization and high-level administrative support
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provides comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), coordinating and implementing a wide variety of duties requiring independent judgment and utilizing knowledge of hospital and corporate procedures; maintaining absolute confidentiality of related information. Manages projects and activities for the CEO and Leadership Team; organizes meetings and conference calls; writes correspondence and other communications; develops overall layout and production design for applications. Performs administrative/clerical services for the CEO and Leadership Team members in accordance with hospital and departmental standards and policies.
